Yucel Donmez is Turkey's first digital artist. Donmez, who is also one of Chicago's first digital artists, started his digital works in Chicago in 1988. Donmez, who started his protest art works to give messages on various subjects, has been doing protest art works since the early 1990s. Donmez's studies on capitalism, human rights, justice and criticism on various topics reveal the distortions of the 20th century world.
